Return & Exchange Policy

At Wine Time, we strive to provide you with high-quality products to enhance your brewing experience. However, we understand that situations may arise where you need to return an item.

  • You may return unused and unopened items within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as when you received them.

  • Special order items are specifically procured or customized based on your unique preferences or requirements. Due to the personalized nature of these orders, we cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once the order has been placed.

2. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Certain items, such as perishable goods, custom-made products, and opened brewing ingredients, cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.

3. Return Process:

4. Return Shipping:
